<p><strong>THANKSGIVING FEAST: </strong>Parents, grandparents and guardians of all BECC students are cordially invited to our Thanksgiving Feast to be held at 12:00 noon on Monday, November 23<sup>rd</sup> in the Fellowship Hall. A traditional Thanksgiving meal will be served. The cost is $5.00 per adult (BECC students are not charged). Reservations and payments must be made by Wednesday, November 18<sup>th</sup>, to insure we purchase and prepare enough food. This is a special sharing time with your preschooler (NO SIBLINGS PLEASE).</p>
<p>If you are unable to make arrangements for younger siblings, see Mary in the BECC office ASAP.  Thanks for your cooperation!</p>
<p><strong>FLU SHOTS:</strong> Please notify us if your child gets a flu shot so we can update our medical records.</p>
<p><strong>PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES: </strong>Please watch for your teacher’s sign up sheet for conference times.  Conferences are important and offer a time for a two way conversation regarding the progress, concerns and goals for the development of your child.</p>
<p><strong>BE PREPARED:</strong> In our ever changing Colorado weather, we need to layer and have sweaters and jackets available each day. <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Please label</span> each item your child brings to BECC.</p>
<p><strong>FRIENDLY REMINDERS:</strong></p>

<li>Please pick up your      children before 1:00pm if they are scheduled      for preschool only.  Late fees will      be charged starting at 1:00pm.</li>
<li>Please call BECC if      your child is not coming to school.       We are concerned about our children and need to know if there is      illness or just a day off with Mom or Dad or other friends or relatives.</li>
<li>It is time to take      your child’s “warm weather” <span style="text-decoration: underline;">EXTRA</span> clothes home and replace them      with “cold weather” EXTRA clothes in a well marked sealed bag.</li>
