To schedule a time to visit the Bethany Early Childhood Center and learn more about our programs and facilities before enrolling, please contact our center director at 303.758.0266 or email us. BECC is open every weekday from 7:00am to 6:00pm.
Registration Form
To enroll in the Center, please complete the online application form.
Once your application has been received, it will be reviewed by the Director to determine availability for the scheduling option selected (see options below). You will be contacted within 2 business days after receiving your application with the status of your enrollment request. We will make every effort to accommodate the option selected.
Registration Fees
An annual, NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee of $50.00 is required at the time of registration and renewed with August enrollment.
In addition, one week’s tuition is required with the registration fee. This tuition deposit will be held and applied to your last week at BECC. A tuition statement for each week is placed in your parent file every Monday afternoon and reflects all payments received by 9:00 AM of that day. Payments for multiple weeks are acceptable in advance.

Rates include breakfast, lunches, morning & afternoon snacks.
Half Days (8:00 am – 1:00pm)
5 Days = $155.00
3 Days = $115.00
2 Days = $90.00Full Days (over 5 hours a day)
5 Days = $240.00
3 Days = $170.00
2 Days = $130.00
Family Discount/Referrals
Families with two or more children attending BECC concurrently will receive 10% reduction in the tuition fee for each additional child. Also, receive a $10.00 credit for each family referred to BECC who enrolls for at least 3 months.
Scheduling Options
BECC offers several scheduling options to meet your needs. You can choose either half day (8am – 1pm) or a full day (more than 5 hours per day) schedule. You can also select the number of days per week – two (Tue/Thu), three (Mon/Wed/Fri) or five (Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri) days. For children that attend two or three days per week, extra days can be scheduled at any time for an additional fee. Also, for our pre-school only (or half day) families, the half day may be extended to a full day for a $35 fee and there is space available to do so.
All applications will be evaluated based on space available for the preferred schedule. Full-time applications will have priority over part-time applications.
Payment Options
All fees are due in advance. You may choose weekly, monthly or semester billing. For your convenience, we offer an electronic payment option that can be used for weekly, semi-monthly or monthly payments.
There is no reduction of tuition for absences, holidays, or other vacation periods during the year. After attending for a full year, each family is granted a free vacation week.
Multiple Children Discount
There will be a 10% reduction in the fee of a second or third child of the same family enrolled in the Center at the same time.
Scholarships
Scholarships are available for families needing financial assistance. Application forms are available from the director. Requests are reviewed by the BECC Board in February and August.
Holidays for the 2008-2009 School Year
The early childhood center operates 51 weeks per year. The center will be closed for the days listed below. Full payment of tuition is required for the weeks that include holidays:
Labor Day
President’s Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Inservice Training Week for Staff (August)
Thanksgiving (both Thursday and Friday)
Christmas Day and the day after
New Year’s Day and the day after
Absences
There is no reduction of tuition for absences during the year or for days BECC is closed (i.e., holidays, snow days, emergency closing).
Exceptions
BECC is closed one week in August. No tuition fees are collected for this week. Prolonged illness that is verified by a physician may be subject to a fee adjustment.
“Rescue Me” Policy
If a child becomes ill or is injured at school the child is isolated and given one-to-one care. The parent is notified immediately and is required to pick up the child within thirty minutes of notification. Parents will be charged an hourly rate of $10.00 for sick care beyond thirty minutes.
Vacation Policy
One week tuition free vacation is allowed per year for children enrolled year round. It is your responsibility to contact the front office and make arrangements in advance in order for this credit to be applied to your account.
Delinquent Tuition
Any tuition not paid by Friday each week is considered delinquent unless previous arrangements are made with the Director. All delinquent accounts are subject to a $20.00 per week late charge.
Returned Check
All returned checks are subject to a $20.00 NSF fee. All future payments to your account must be made in cash, money order or certified check.
Late Fees
A late fee of $5.00 for each fifteen minute period, or fraction thereof, per child, from 1:00 PM, will be assessed. After 6:00 PM the late fee is $1.00 per minute, per child, payable immediately.
Scholarships

Withdrawal
BECC operates all year. Two week written notice is required to withdraw a child. This notice helps us provide proper staffing for the children enrolled. You will be held financially responsible for the final 2 weeks tuition.

The Bethany Early Childhood Center admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship programs, and other school-administered programs.
